What a weekend!

We had such a fun and full weekend!  Lynn (aka Nana) came on Friday to visit and babysit while we had dinner with two other couples.  It felt weird to be without the little one, but was so good to enjoy good food and conversation with new Greensboro friends.  And Eva loved getting to stay home and spend time with her Nana!
Saturday was Kyle's birthday and we were so excited to go to Burlington and celebrate with him, Katelyn, and Adah.  We are so thankful for Kyle- for how he loves Katelyn so well and for how he is such a good brother to both of us- and were so pumped to be in on the surprise gift that Katelyn gave him (a really sweet remote control airplane that he's been wanting for.ever)!  Other good friends came to their house later that evening for some delicious burgers, mint-chocolate cupcakes (SO good!), and to celebrate the birthday boy.
On Sunday the Stenersens came to our house after visiting a church in Greensboro and spent the day with us.  Our new home is only 20 minutes closer to where they live than our old house, but it feels a lot closer and we love how often we get to see each other!  Sunday evening we all went to the Gerstmyer farmhouse in Clemmons for another delicious meal made by Pat (aka Nanny).  Below is a picture of Kyle, Drew (Brad's brother), and Brad all holding their little girls.  Adah was born a few weeks before Eva and Sarah Beth was born a few weeks after Eva... we can't wait to see all the fun those three are going to have growing up together!
